Questions to ask anyone selling investment property
- Who pays you, and how much?
- Do you receive anything from builders, developers or selling agents?
- Can you show me properties that are not on your list?
- What is your licence number?
- Will you put your reasoning and any conflicts in writing?
We are paid only by you. We hold no stock list. Any relationship with a builder or other business we may refer you to is disclosed on our Disclosure page and in writing before any referral.
Common questions
Is it illegal to be paid by developers?
No, but in NSW referral benefits must be disclosed. Ask directly and get the answer in writing.
Why are some investment seminars free?
Often because the business is paid by developers when attendees buy. Ask who pays them.
