We publish this page under section 47 of the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) and section 47B of the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW).

How we manage conflicts
- You never have to use our referrals. You can choose any broker, solicitor, inspector or builder, and our service does not change.
- We disclose before we refer. Any referral relationship is set out in writing before you are introduced, and you confirm you have read it.
- Related-party properties. If we ever present a property or build contract from a related party such as Langford Homes, we tell you in writing first. It must pass the same assessment as every other property, and you can ask for an alternative.
- No payments from sellers. We do not accept fees or incentives from selling agents, vendors or developers for recommending a property to you. [Confirm, or describe any exception.]
- Records. We keep a register of every referral and any benefit received, and update this page when it changes.

Rothmore does not hold an Australian Credit Licence or an Australian Financial Services Licence. We do not give credit, financial or tax advice. Lending questions go to a licensed broker, and structure or tax questions go to your accountant or a licensed financial adviser.
