How we work with SMSF trustees
- 01Your adviser confirms the strategy
A licensed financial adviser and SMSF accountant confirm the fund can and should buy property.
- 02We assess the asset
Commercial or residential, against our 24-metric Blueprint and the fund's goals.
- 03We read the lease
For commercial, the lease and tenant matter as much as the price.
- 04We negotiate and coordinate
With your adviser, accountant, solicitor and, if borrowing, the lender.
Rothmore does not give financial or SMSF advice. Whether your fund should buy property is a decision for your licensed financial adviser.
