Property Management

A property manager oversees the day-to-day operations of an investment property on behalf of the owner. Their role includes finding and screening tenants, managing leases, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, responding to tenant issues, ensuring legal compliance, and protecting the asset’s long-term performance. The goal is simple: maximise return, minimise risk, and keep the property running smoothly without the owner needing to be hands-on.
