Program: $500 Referral Reward
Provider: The Rothmore Group (“TRG”)

1. Eligibility

1.1 The referral program is open to individuals aged 18+ and Australian residents.
1.2 Referrers do not need to be existing clients of TRG.
1.3 All referrals must be submitted through an approved TRG referral form or in writing with TRG’s acknowledgement.

2. Qualified Referral Criteria

A referral becomes a Qualified Referral when all of the following conditions are met:

2.1 The referred person (“Referred Client”):

  • is not an existing TRG client,

  • has not previously enquired with TRG,

  • is not already in TRG’s CRM or subscriber database, and

  • is a legitimate prospect seeking buyer’s advocacy or property investment services.

2.2 The Referred Client must:

  • complete TRG’s onboarding and engagement process,

  • pay TRG’s full service fee, and

  • successfully settle on a property purchased through TRG’s services.

3. Payment of Referral Reward

3.1 The referrer will receive $500 AUD for each Qualified Referral that results in a successful settlement.
3.2 If TRG discounts its service fee for the Referred Client, TRG reserves the right to adjust or discount the referral reward accordingly.
3.3 Payment is made within 7–14 business days after settlement funds clear.
3.4 Payment is made via bank transfer to the details provided by the referrer.
3.5 If the Referred Client does not settle or fails to meet these terms, no reward is payable.

4. Multiple Referrals

4.1 There is no limit to the number of referrals you may submit.
4.2 You may earn $500 per settlement, subject to full fee criteria and any adjustments under section 3.2.

5. Program Termination and TRG's Rights

5.1 TRG reserves the right to terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
5.2 TRG may reject or disqualify any referral if:

  • the information is false, incomplete, or unverifiable,

  • the referral breaches privacy laws,

  • the referred client was previously known to TRG,

  • eligibility or Qualified Referral criteria are not met.

6. Tax Obligations

Referrers are responsible for declaring or managing any tax obligations associated with referral payments.

7. Liability

TRG is not liable for:

  • delays outside its control,

  • settlement changes, withdrawals, or lender delays,

  • technical issues preventing referral submission.

8. Acceptance

By submitting a referral, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined in this program.
